FAME achieves this by providing an on-line Readiness Assessment Toolkit which helps local authority led service partnerships and regional bodies to take a holistic approach to making services more accessible, convenient, responsive and cost effective. This is with the overall aim of establishing joined-up partnership working which is able to respond to complex service demands.
